Between Bruises & Blooms

Everyone laughs
at The Fool.

They mistake
hope
for ignorance.

But I’ve learned

it takes courage
to walk toward
an unseen future
carrying nothing
except faith
and a small white flower.

The cliff
isn’t always
where you fall.
